    I wanted to see the face of people who eat dishes, I was born in June of 1982 to the world of cooking, born in Kashima city, Saga prefecture. By experiencing a bite of Izakaya in school days, I know the enjoyment of cooking. While experiencing both Japanese and Western cuisines, I am attracted to the Japanese cuisine of "Okusama's taste", and at the age of 28, we open a Japanese-style pub with the motto "local production of local consumption". It keeps challenging cooking not to be caught by manual, grasping the hearts of customers.

    We offer delicious things that you can appreciate Uses seasonal seafood, meat, vegetables and other carefully selected items, we offer what you feel delicious by adding some time to it. It is my hospitality that you do not spare your time and effort.
